325° for 1 hour
0) The nut butter is equal parts of sunflower seeds, cashews, and almonds. I try to use raw nuts (I guess sunflower seeds aren't a nut, are they?), but either seems to work. I make the butter myself with a Champion Juicer.

1) If bananas aren't ripe bake them for 1 hr. at 300°. I let bananas really ripen, then freeze them. Before use, I defrost them.

2) First mix all ingredients then add baking soda and cream of tartar that have been mixed together. This takes a pretty hefty mixer. I don't know if you could do this by hand.

3) Then add chopped walnuts

4) Flax and (warm) water should be premixed as an egg substitute

5) Add raisins if desired

6) I made applesauce from 1 apple and 1/2 cup H2O. I use it all for four loafs.
