Red Blue Yellow

Some are wondering about my process. I was sent a box of photos by MC. It was supposed to be mail art. I'm still an adolescent and refuse to play by any rules. So I decided one by one I would cut up the photos. But I like to fix things, so I decided that after dissecting them, I would reassemble them. Then I would go about transforming them into something completely different than what they were. I do that in Photoshop, reversing tones, using filters, using adjustment layers and layer masks, using different ways of blending layers, copying one area and dragging it somewhere else. I know I'm progressing if I get to the point of thinking that something good will never come from this... and then it does... somehow... that's the miracle. Moses could not lift up the main column of the Tabernacle until he got help. I get lots of help.... and I don't want to ask too many questions about the nature of my helpers. That's my process.
