Sharing Computers
My wife & I thought we
could share our first computer
in 1984. It only worked for a
few months until we realize
d that we needed "separate but
equal" machines.
Mine Mine
2 pt. perspective
Since right now we are traveling and don't have an internet connection and only have one computer... she said, "it doesn't feel like we are sharing yet."

More on Cezanne's ?Death?
My sister thought Cezanne
was dead, confusing him w/
both Mikaelangelo & Pablo.
Reports of
my demise
are gr-
eatly exagerat-
ed. My
art lives.
I was listening to the audio recording at the Cezanne exhibit and one of the people speaking on the recording (the curator of the exhibit) was also there in the gallery taking through a couple of rich folks. I listened to his voice on both the recording and in the gallery at the same time.

Father/Son
My old friend and son talk.
My grandson takes command of my Palm.
Simon Deschamps
I visited Kim and his son in Philadelphia and drew this quickly on his Palm Pilot. (And a few hours later Simon (age 12) started his own blog: http://1picaday-simon.blogspot.com)

Austin is Wierd
I didn't know what to do.
I moved to a city that is of
music so much so that the ground
vibrates from so much bass. I
like (loud) music (not) . . . Almost as much as
quiet.
Austin is wierd.
Shut Up!
I can ear U!
(Note: Every band worthy of calling themselves a band
is here in Austin for a festival. When I started the drawing
the ground shook. Yesterday I was trying to meditate and
the ground shook. My wife was driving down the street
today and the ground shook. It ain't good for the ground
to shook so much!)
(Note 2: When I wrote note one it was quiet, but now
I hear drums again. AND IT IS BEDTIME! 11 PM ALMOST.
Don't they know what Ben Franklin said... "early to ..."
Oh, that's better. They are quiet now.)

Reflections on Talks on Buddha's Lists
During a recent Appamada Intensive our students gave talks on Buddha's lists. Here are my reflections on their talks.
