Help Desk



I lost my patience with
a help desk person who
could not understand me.

"Why am I

perfect,"
I asked
him.

did not
know!

I do lose his patience. I just am not very good at showing it. One time I was ready to strangle a student because I couldn't figure out how to get something into her head. At the end of the work session she thanked me for being so patient.
